As President of Colliers for Saskatchewan, Tom McClocklin is responsible for executing the provincial business strategy. Colliers has grown to be the largest commercial real estate services provider with the most diverse service offerings in Saskatchewan. Over 185 professionals manage twelve million square feet of property and execute over 650 transactions annually. In addition, the team provides debt advisory, appraisal and project management services on behalf of local, national and multi-national clients.
McClocklin has a diverse background in real estate. He received his Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and attained his CPA, CA designation. Before joining Colliers, McClocklin worked in Chicago and Toronto for a major accounting firm providing commercial real estate services to national and multi-national public and private clients in areas of due diligence, acquisition advisory, portfolio restructuring and financing, and capital markets.
