Joe Vidal was President and Chief Executive Officer for Bioriginal Food & Science Corp. He was instrumental in creating the corporate strategy that has made Bioriginal a leading global innovative solutions provider. With his extensive international business experience, he brought out the best in a team of talented individuals who are passionate about breaking into new markets, helping customers grow their business, and keeping products on the leading edge of the healthy food & nutraceutical categories. Joe joined Bioriginal in February 1999 and retired at the end of 2021. Mr. Vidal’s experience also includes eight years with Hitachi Canadian Industries (HCI) and eight years with KPMG, in their Saskatoon Office and National Office in Toronto. Joe earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Saskatchewan. He obtained his C.P.A. designation in 1987. Joe and his wife Debbie have two sons. You can often find him enjoying the vibrant Saskatoon community that he and his wife Debbie support as volunteers at every level. Over the years, Joe has served on many public and private company boards as well as numerous volunteer boards. He is currently the Chair of the Royal University Hospital Foundation board and past Chair of the Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation.
